We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager – All boarding, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, background verification (BGC), and employee data management. This is a strategic and people-centric role requiring strong operational leadership, compliance orientation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless employee experience.Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
- Ensure adherence to All-boarding onboarding/offboarding framework, policy and procedures.
- Partner with client All-boarding lead to ensure changes in All-boarding framework, policy and process are cascaded to teams on a timely basis
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and exit processes for new and departing employees.
- Oversee background verification (BGC) processes in coordination with third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate employee data entry and record management in HR systems
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the team drives adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Drive audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for employee lifecycle operations.
- Team Development:
- Build and nurture high-performing teams through training, mentorship, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with HRBPs, IT, Finance, and Facilities for cross-functional onboarding/offboarding support.
- Manage external vendors for BGC and documentation services. Provide insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Drive regular governance with client All-boarding lead provide visibility and discuss performance to SLAs
- Participate in transformation and other governance forums and provide inputs as required.
- Process Excellence:
- Identify transformation initiatives, improvement opportunities to enhance All boarding accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Partner with client All-boarding Lead and transformation lead to drive transformation initiatives
- Implement and partner with client and internal teams to implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Relevant years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with relevant years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and BGC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Strong understanding of compliance and labor regulations.
- Experience in managing third-party vendors and global HR operations.
