Pl read the JD before applying we are looking for International Sales not for domestic sales we are looking person who has traval atleast 4 to 5 countries for business development .
We are seeking a talented and experienced International Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive international sales growth, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and establish strong relationships with international partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve international sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize key international markets for entry and expansion, conducting market research and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled international sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align international sales strategies with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key accounts, negotiating commercial agreements and maximizing partnerships' potential.
- Monitor and analyze international sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, threats, and adjustments needed to maximize sales growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes impacting international markets, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with international sales regulations, trade policies, and legal requirements in target markets.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in international sales management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performance sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities across diverse cultures and professional backgrounds.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
