Position: Junior Civil Engineer-Trainee

Place of work: Trivandrum

  • Employment Type: Traineeship ( Full-Time after 3 months based on performance
  • Basic Salary: During Training (3 Months) 5000/month (Incentive-based)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers preferred)
  • Location Preference: Candidates from Trivandrum or nearby areas will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in site supervision, quality checks, and project execution.
  • Prepare drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
  • Help in quantity estimation, material management, and progress documentation.
  • Support preparation of daily site reports, checklists, and measurement book.
  • Learn and adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and quality systems.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and site practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Understanding of quantity surveying and estimation
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
