Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager to handle advanced procurement operations and ensure cost-effective purchasing for our real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire procurement cycle including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase planning, and final material procurement.
  • Evaluate, compare, and finalize vendor quotations based on technical, commercial, and quality parameters.
  • Develop purchasing strategies that align with project timelines and cost targets.
  • Maintain high-value purchase records, contracts, rate agreements, and inventory monitoring.
  • Coordinate closely with project, accounts, and stores teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
  • Identify reliable vendors, build long-term relationships, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Oversee and guide the purchase team to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, documentation, and vendor performance tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8–10 years of purchase experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and high-value purchases independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and capable of handling pressure and deadlines.
