Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Architect to build, optimize and maintain conceptual and logical database models.

Responsibilities

  • Help to gather data requirements and collaborate with SME's to develop logical and physical data models.
  • Develop data mapping documents for data development teams to use.
  • Collaborate with ETL/data services team, application teams to support the development of data solutions.
  • Contribute to data reference standards.
  • More than 10 years of experience in the area of data management, modeling, data analysis, and/or reporting.
  • Work closely with BA, business and IT teams to clarify and refine functional data requirement specifications. Collaborate closely with business and data subject matter experts to ensure the BI and EDW data model will properly support business needs.
  • Prior experience with the media/digital marketing industry highly desirable.
  • Experience building enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience working with MSBI platform (Azure SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS).
  • Experience in integration with Salesforce integration using DemandTools.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of database structure principles
  • Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
  • Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Expertise in ETL/ELT; SQL/Any MPP Database is required
  • Knowledge of Python/Pandas; Denodo; Atacama is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI)
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
