Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled C# .NET Developer with strong experience in Test Automation and a background in the Industrial Automation domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in simulation environments, automation workflows, and testing complex systems in industrial or manufacturing settings. Though this is a test automation position, a developer mindset and strong coding ability in C# or Python is essential.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using C# or Python.

● Collaborate with domain experts to understand industrial automation systems and develop test scenarios and simulators.

● Work closely with product development and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

● Develop simulation modules that mimic real-world industrial components and processes.

● Create tools/utilities to support test automation, debugging, and continuous validation of software systems.

● Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive issues to closure.

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using C# .NET.

● Strong experience in test automation frameworks (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit or custom-built frameworks).

● Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, PLC logic, SCADA, HMI, or equivalent.

● Experience with simulation tools or developing simulation environments for testing.

● Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, OPC UA/DA, or industrial communication standards is a plus.

● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).

● Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
