Interaction Designer, Android Developer UX

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience working in a fluid and a cross-functional organization.
• 1 year of experience in leading design projects.
• Experience designing developer workflows and building tools.
• Understanding of interaction design considerations with the ability to design new interaction conventions.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Like all of our UX jobs, you'll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate the user experience throughout various stages of the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements to drive ongoing product experience updates.
• Contribute to feature development across multiple areas of Android Studio tooling by enhancing, debugging and profiling tools and introducing new capabilities.
• Develop elegant design solutions by navigating platform constraints, workflows and input modalities through iterative prototyping.
