Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and experience working with AWS infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Ensure application security and data protection best practices.
  • Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS.
  • Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and security practices.
  • Good knowledge of cloud services and deployments on AWS.
  • Proficient in Git and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹99,218.78 per month
