To Handle the leagal matters of factory.
Responsibilities
Job Specification
Negotitating and drafting various legal agreements and contracts. Representing the organization in legal proceedings when necessary. Collobrating with other departments to ensure legal compliance in buisness activities.
Providing training to employees on legal matters and compliance requirements. Advising senior managment on legal implications and potential risks.
Overseeong the legal aspects of buisness operations and transaction.
Required experince and Skills
Must have Graduate degree in Law from recognized university, Strong Undersatnding of buisness operations and risk management.
Execelent analytical, negotiataion and communication skills.
