The role ensures timely distribution of correspondence and parcels across departments and maintains accurate records for tracking purposes. This position supports the smooth operation of business communications and logistics within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries to appropriate departments/personnel.Handle and prepare outgoing mail, including proper packaging, labeling, and coordinating with courier services.Maintain logs and records of incoming and outgoing mail for tracking and reporting purposes.Liaise with courier companies and postal services to ensure timely pickup and delivery.Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive or confidential packages/documents.Notify recipients of incoming packages promptly and coordinate timely handover.Monitor inventory of mailroom supplies (e.g., envelopes, stamps, packaging materials) and request replenishments as required.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom.Assist in inter-office mail distribution and coordination between branches if applicable.Support facility tasks related to mailroom operations when required.Support printing ID cards for employeesHandling of stationery issuanceLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
