Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and execute all on-site civil works, including layout, excavation, foundation, structural works, etc.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor daily progress, maintain quality control, and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
  • Handle site inspections, approvals, and work certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Report progress and escalate issues to the Project Manager/Head Office when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in township or residential/commercial project development.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and project scheduling.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to work full-time at the project site.
