Electrical Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical instruction in electrical theory and applications to community college students.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools based on curriculum requirements.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions covering wiring, circuit analysis, safety procedures, and electrical tools.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical assessments, and exams.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with program staff to align instruction with employability skills and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
• Help maintain equipment and workshop areas in good working condition.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification as a vocational trainer or instructor is preferred.
• Minimum 5–15 years of industry experience in electrical work or instruction.
• Experience teaching or training in a technical or vocational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) frameworks is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
