Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Spring Boot.
  • Integrate and manage Kafka for real-time data processing.
  • Implement caching solutions using Redis or Aerospike to enhance application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in backend development using Spring Boot.
  • Strong expertise in Kafka for real-time data processing.
  • Proficiency in caching technologies such as Redis or Aerospike.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
