Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate production staff, assigning tasks, setting expectations, and conducting performance reviews.
• Production Oversight: Monitor production processes and equipment, ensure workflows are efficient, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality standards to ensure products meet customer specifications and internal requirements.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, schedule production runs to meet demand, and maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering, to resolve issues and support overall business goals.
• Training and Development: Coach, mentor, and train employees to develop their skills and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
