DS-Max is hiring for Construction BDM with relevant experience, seeking candidates from Bangalore for F2F interviews
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager from a residential construction background to drive business growth, generate new project opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business acquisition, tendering, and client management within residential construction or real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential construction (apartments, villas, gated communities, etc.).
- Generate leads, manage client meetings, and close deals independently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Participate in marketing activities, networking events, and trade shows to promote company services.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within construction/residential projects.
- Strong network in the real estate and construction domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strategic thinking with strong market awareness.
Languages:
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹90,000.00 per month
