Position Title: AI Developer Experience

Education/Qualification: - Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

Required: Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a AI Developer with 3 to 8+ years of experience in building advanced AI systems. The role requires expertise in large-scale model training, LLMs, distributed AI systems, and aligning AI strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Lead design and deployment of custom AI models and LLMs.

- Manage distributed training and large-scale AI systems.

- Align AI strategy with business objectives and provide thought leadership.

- Implement advanced MLOps practices, including A/B testing and drift detection.

- Ensure secure AI deployments and compliance with data governance standards.

- Mentor teams, guide research adoption, and represent AI strategy in forums.

Required Skills & Competencies: -

- Expert in machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs.

- Strong knowledge of distributed training systems and cloud AI platforms.

- Proficiency in advanced MLOps and production AI systems.

- Ability to align AI innovations with business strategies.

- Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹90,000.00 per month
