Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions that align with our business needs and long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecture design, strong technical leadership skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in software development and architectural patterns like SOA, Microservices, and API gateway design pattern.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Typescript. Type safe code is important.
  • Strong knowledge of building high-throughput, multi-threaded applications with libraries like node-workers.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP\TLS, UDP\DTLS)
  • Strong knowledge of message brokers like MQTT, AMQP
  • Hands-on with design patterns, SOLID principles with exceptional coding skills.
  • Strong expertise in designing enterprise-level, scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, SOA, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong background in databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching, and data integration.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide development teams in technical decisions, perform regular code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.
  • Define system architecture, technology stack, and integration approaches for new and existing applications.
  • Provide technical leadership across projects, guiding engineering teams in solution implementation.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, design assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that add business value.
  • Create and maintain architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure efficient CI/CD, deployment, and cloud strategies.

Days of Working: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
