Business Development Manager ( 5+ Years)
Technical skills (What is required?)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in International IT service sales
- Good understanding of the complete life cycle of Custom Web designing, Web Application Development, Application Re-engineering and Software development.
- Good understanding of the decision-making structure in midsize to large companies
- Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Proven track record: you're a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career
- An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to create, develop, and enhance client relationships

- IAbility to act as an Account Manager for servicing clients.
- Possess proven ability to plan, develop, and execute online sales strategies; meet quarterly goals
- Grenterested and knowledgeable about the digital marketplace
Key Responsibilities (What you will be doing?)
- Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business
- Generate fresh leads, make introductory calls, seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Manage lead pipeline in effective manner and nurture leads at various stages to convert them into lead with help of various stakeholders
- Analyze client profile, do background work about client and perform BANT analysis. Give relevant inputs to the sales head about the potential of a prospective client.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
- Create a proposal related scope of business and coordinate with BA team and Convert prospects to qualified opportunities/ customers
- Engage with internal teams during pre-sales
- Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of the Pre-sales team
- Do customer analysis, Identify large accounts and manage client relationships, suggest future roadmap and increase LTV
- Manage all leads and clients' information within CRM proactively
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department, and work in the sync with them to improve inbound leads
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
