Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to design, develop, and implement advanced decisioning strategies using the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into decisioning artifacts that drive real-time, customer-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of decisioning strategies in Pega CDH.

- Translate complex business requirements into decisioning artifacts by leveraging analytics, machine learning, and predictive models.

- Develop and manage actions, treatments, engagement strategies, and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer.

- Mentor and guide other Decisioning Architects through regular code and design reviews.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and developers to deliver high-quality decisioning solutions.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of decisioning strategies within enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Attributes :

- Strong expertise in decisioning, predictive modeling, machine learning, and complex business rules design.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain technical concepts to both IT and business stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership ability with a team-oriented, results-driven approach.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new concepts, technologies, and business needs.

Experience :

- 7 years of experience as a Decisioning Architect or in a related IT role.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing decisioning solutions using Pega CDH or similar platforms.

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex decisioning and personalization needs.
