Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role located in Indore. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the ambiance of the dining area, coordinating with staff, answering phone inquiries professionally, and assisting guests with their needs to ensure a warm and welcoming environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive environment for guests.
• Experience in handling reservations and managing seating arrangements effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact courteously with guests.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
