Role Description

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills and expertise in Mediterranean cuisine
  • Experience in menu development and kitchen management
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred
