The Salon Manager oversees the daily operations of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and achievement of business goals. The role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily salon operations including appointments, walk-ins, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the salon environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Manage inventory of beauty products, tools, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

2. Team Leadership

  • Supervise, motivate, and train stylists, beauticians, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Handle staff scheduling and attendance.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused team culture.

3. Customer Relations

  • Greet and engage clients to ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

4. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote salon services, treatments, and retail products.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and service targets.
  • Monitor customer trends and introduce new services accordingly.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
  • Manage cash handling, billing, and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
