Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive
MongoDB Developer
with a strong foundation in
Java 8
and
Spring Boot
to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications using microservices architecture and MongoDB as the primary datastore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
  • Work with MongoDB for schema design, performance tuning, and complex queries.
  • Develop and integrate backend services with MongoDB in a microservices architecture.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in
    Java 8
    and
    Spring Boot framework
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    MongoDB
    , including data modeling and aggregation.
  • Good understanding of REST API design principles.
  • Experience with tools like
    Maven/Gradle
    ,
    Git
    , and
    Postman
    .
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker preferred).
  • Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and monitoring best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Spring Cloud, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with other NoSQL/SQL databases.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
