Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Data Analyst
to support the Chairman with investor data management and the creation of comprehensive dashboards. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of critical data, creating dynamic reports, and providing actionable insights to help drive strategic decision-making in our commercial real estate operations.

This role requires an experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, combined with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and investor relations. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate the Chairman's needs, gather data from multiple sources, and present findings in a clear and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Data Management:
  Manage and maintain investor data, ensuring it is accurate, organized, and up-to-date. Ensure all investor-related information (e.g., capital investments, returns, performance metrics) is easily accessible and properly categorized.
• Dashboard Creation:
  Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize key performance metrics for real estate investments, portfolio performance, and financial returns.
• Data Reporting:
  Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on the Chairman's requests, ensuring they include relevant insights, trends, and recommendations related to investor performance, financial health, and market conditions.
• Data Collection & Integration:
  Aggregate data from multiple sources (internal systems, market data, financial reports, etc.) to provide a comprehensive view of investments, portfolio health, and market dynamics.
• Investor Insights:
  Provide actionable insights based on data trends to assist the Chairman in decision-making, including identifying opportunities or risks in the investor portfolio.
• Collaboration with Leadership:
  Work closely with the Chairman and senior leadership to understand key data needs and ensure that all requested information is delivered promptly and accurately.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track the performance of investor portfolios, including returns, cash flows, asset valuations, and other key metrics, ensuring consistent and transparent reporting.
• Market & Industry Research:
  Stay up-to-date on the commercial real estate market, competitor performance, and economic trends to provide context to the investor data and enhance reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
  in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience
  as a Data Analyst, preferably in commercial real estate or finance.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools
  (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python).
• Experience with investor data management
  (capital investments, returns, performance analysis).
• Ability to
  build and maintain dashboards
  for real-time data monitoring and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills
  for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in
  data visualization
  and storytelling to present complex data clearly and effectively to senior executives.
• Excellent
  attention to detail
  and the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Strong communication skills to
  liaise with C-suite executives
  and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to
  manage multiple requests
  and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with
  commercial real estate metrics
  (cap rates, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, etc.) is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in
  commercial real estate investment analysis
  .
• Familiarity with real estate data platforms
  (e.g., CoStar, REZI, Real Capital Analytics).
• Understanding of
  financial models
  (DCF, ROI, NPV) in the context of real estate.
• Certification in data analytics tools or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certification).
• Master's degree
  in a relevant field is a plus.
