Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Talend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Talend, SQL, and data warehousing concepts, with proven experience in handling large-scale data pipelines and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows using
    Talend
    for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Work with business analysts and data architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud systems).
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data modeling and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain ETL jobs in production environments.
  • Support data migration and cloud integration initiatives (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Talend Open Studio / Talend Data Integration
    .
  • Expertise in
    SQL (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data warehousing, ETL concepts, and dimensional modeling
    .
  • Experience with
    job scheduling, error handling, and performance tuning
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud data platforms
    is a plus.
