Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot)

and ReactJS to design, develop, and implement scalable web applications. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for building robust backend microservices and dynamic

frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless performance, security, and maintainability across

the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring

Boot.


• Develop responsive and high-performing user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, and

TypeScript.


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-

end solutions.


• Write clean, modular, and testable code following best coding practices and design

patterns.


• Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experiences.


• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.


• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to

standards.


• Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT).


• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack.


• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup, testing, and deployment.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.


• 5+ years of professional experience in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS development.


• Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices

architecture.


• Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.


• Solid understanding of frontend–backend integration and API communication.


• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and database design using MySQL/PostgreSQL.


• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Jest.


• Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.


• Proven ability to write optimized and secure code, adhering to best practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).


• Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitHub
