Reports To: Workshop Manager / Service Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join our automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring vehicles are serviced to a high standard.

  • Key Responsibilities:Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.).
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Repair or replace worn parts such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
  • Conduct inspections and test drives to verify repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and costs.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience as a car mechanic or automotive technician.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to work in a garage environment and lift heavy parts.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 10th or below 10th
  • Experience with multiple car brands (domestic and foreign).
  • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
