Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist located in Mumbai. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for managing telecommunications systems, ensuring effective communication, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining and configuring telecommunications equipment, monitoring system performance, and addressing any technical issues that arise. The role also requires collaborating with other team members to enhance communication solutions and ensure seamless connectivity for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Technical certifications related to telecommunications are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field
