Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage water supply and sewerage pipe-laying projects across India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong civil engineering background, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage projects of diverse scale and complexity. This is a strategic position that involves extensive coordination, planning, and monitoring of site activities across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of water supply and sewerage pipe-laying projects across multiple sites in India.
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Lead and manage site teams and ensure smooth communication between site engineers, contractors, and management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Regularly interact with clients, vendors, consultants, and local authorities for effective project execution.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical support and solutions where needed.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Travel to project sites as required for supervision and coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, especially water supply and sewerage works.
- Proven experience in managing multi-location projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, project lifecycle, and government compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel pan-India for project coordination.
