Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Hyatt, with 1-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest relations and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology is an advantage.
- A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
