Responsibilities
- Manage the life insurance sales process through the partner bank branches.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with branch managers and bank staff to generate quality business.
- Drive sales targets through regular engagement, joint field work, and training of bank staff.
- Ensure effective lead management, customer conversion, and policy issuance.
- Provide regular sales up dates to senior management and proactively address any challenges.
- Monitor and improve persistency and quality of business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Required Qualification
- Minimum 1-6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the Bancassurance channel.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and the banking ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
