Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees
  • Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives
  • Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization
  • Connect with employees during branch visits, face-to-face and telephonic discussions and gauge the pulse of their engagement with the organization
  • Manage the key HR processes in terms of process adherence and timelines Onboarding | Performance Management System | IJP releases | Closure of auto promotions | Exit Management
  • Ensure the department R&R quota is 100 PERCENT utilized
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboard and make presentations during HR and business reviews
  • Support leaders during Own the Branch visits
  • Work on assigned projects and ensure timely execution
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience
