Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ETL tools, data warehousing concepts, and strong SQL skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Work with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements.

Optimize and tune ETL jobs for performance and scalability.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production and test environments.

Maintain documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in ETL development.

Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or DataStage.

Proficiency in SQL and stored procedures (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).

Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database design.

Experience with scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, etc.) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
