Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Packaging Designer who can conceptualize and execute visually stunning, functional, and production-ready packaging that reflects our clients' brand essence. This role demands a blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide projects from concept to final delivery, while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead concept-to-production packaging design for diverse product categories, ensuring creativity, functionality, and brand alignment.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to deliver designs that meet strategic and commercial goals.

Create structural and graphic designs, including dielines, mockups, prototypes, and print-ready files.

Develop brand communication materials including posters, hoardings, POS displays, digital adaptations, and campaign creatives.

Explore innovative materials, finishes, and printing techniques to enhance design and cost efficiency.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.

Review and approve pre-production samples, ensuring precision in color, typography, and structure.

Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and competitive designs.

Mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and technical guidance.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field.

6–8 years of experience in packaging design and brand communication materials (FMCG, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., KeyShot, Cinema 4D, Blender).

Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging engineering.

Proven portfolio showcasing innovative packaging and impactful brand communication designs.

Excellent eye for detail in layout, color, and typography.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable packaging solutions is a plus.
