Job Description :

Design and Animation :

- Develop high-quality multimedia content, including motion graphics, animations, and video edits for diverse digital platforms.

- Craft 2D animations and interactive media to enhance visual storytelling and user experience.

- Create visual assets, such as posters, banners, logos, and icons, tailored to brand identity and client specifications.

UI/UX Collaboration :

- Work closely with UI/UX teams to design responsive, user-centric interfaces that drive engagement.

- Contribute to wireframe creation and prototype development, ensuring seamless integration of animations and visual elements.

Branding and Identity :

- Assist in developing cohesive design systems that reinforce brand identity and increase brand recognition.

- Collaborate on the design and refinement of logos, promotional materials, and brand assets to enhance client marketing reach.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and clients, to deliver aligned and impactful designs.

- Participate in regular brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas that improve project efficiency and design quality.

Content Optimization :

- Continuously refine design processes, incorporating usability tests and feedback to improve the overall user experience.

- Stay updated on motion graphic trends and tools to ensure our content remains fresh, engaging, and competitive.

Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years in motion graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in animation, video production, and visual design.

- Software Proficiency : Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, and Miro

- Skills : Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, typography, and layout systems. Expertise in creating storyboards, motion graphics, and responsive design. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Soft Skills : Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Critical thinking, innovation, empathy, and multi-tasking abilities.
