We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team at Metizsoft Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.

  • Handle inbound queries and convert them into potential business opportunities.

  • Follow up on leads through calls and emails.

  • Maintain a database of customer information and calls.

  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Provide accurate and complete information about products/services.

  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.



Benefits Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).

  • Confident, persuasive, and proactive approach.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel.

  • Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of telecalling or customer support experience (IT industry preferred).
