Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our team. The role involves working on existing leads provided by the company as well as generating new leads in the IT and cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and passionate about sales in the technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into successful business opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, and outreach in the IT & cybersecurity sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product offerings and present solutions to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT/software sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
