Our Client, a French multinational corporation that specializes in digital automation and energy management is seeking a highly skilled MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Application Engineer with 4–7 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting MES applications in a discrete manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, systems integration, and data analysis, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, support, and enhance MES solutions across manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable MES applications.
  • Develop and maintain MES-related components using
    C#.NET, VB.NET
    , and
    SQL Server/Oracle
    technologies.
  • Integrate MES with shop-floor systems and enterprise-level applications.
  • Troubleshoot MES application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure systems are aligned with discrete manufacturing best practices and industry standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and support processes.

Skills Required

  • 4–7 years
    of hands-on experience in implementing/supporting MES applications.
  • Strong knowledge of
    discrete manufacturing processes
    and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficiency in programming and database technologies including
    C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, Oracle
    .
  • Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like
    Angular
    and
    MVC architecture
    .
  • Experience with standard MES platforms such as
    Aveva MES, iTAC
    , or similar is a strong plus.
  • Solid experience in
    system integration
    ,
    data analysis
    , and
    troubleshooting
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering (Mechanical/Production)
    or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
