Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Hyper-Casual Game Developer. The Hyper-Casual Game Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of programming and designing engaging and innovative hyper-casual mobile games. You will collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life, focus on gameplay programming to ensure smooth user experiences, and utilize object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques in development. You will also be responsible for testing and debugging games, ensuring high-quality features, and staying updated with gaming trends and technologies.

WhatYou'll Do

  • Rapidly
    prototype and test hyper-casual game concepts
  • Implement
    UI/UX, juice, and game feel
    to make gameplay addictive
  • Integrate
    ads/mediation
    (ironSource, AppLovin), analytics, A/B testing
  • Publish games on the
    App Store & Google Play
  • Work closely with designers & product to scale successful titles

What We're Looking For

For Experienced Developers

  • Proficiency in
    Unity (C#)
  • Portfolio of
    2+ playable prototypes
    (APK, TestFlight, or Store links)
  • Understanding of
    game loops, retention, monetization
  • Bonus: Firebase, Remote Config, shaders, addressables

For Freshers / Interns

  • Strong Unity basics (projects, college demos, or self-made prototypes)
  • Willingness to
    own a game from scratch → live on the store
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently
