About the Role:

The Student Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing student communication, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining records, resolving queries, and acting as a bridge between students, trainers, and management. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and student-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all enrolled students.
  • Handle student onboarding and documentation.
  • Coordinate class schedules, trainer availability, and session reminders.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Follow up with inactive or dropped-out students and encourage re-engagement.
  • Address student concerns and escalate issues to management when required.
  • Assist in fee follow-ups and communicate offers/discounts when applicable.
  • Ensure timely communication through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
  • Support academic operations and help improve overall student experience.
  • Coordinate assessments, evaluations, and certificate distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
