Required Education Qualification and Years of Experience

Postgraduate/Master's Degree in Design, Business Administration, Technology, or related disciplines from a recognised national or international institution.

7-10 years of experience in the relevant sector in working with entrepreneurial ecosystem, start-ups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, industry experts, associations, government agencies, and angel investors.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
  • Leadership & Management
  • Lead and manage all operations of the Incubation Centre with a strong focus on supporting Anant students in their entrepreneurial and innovation.
  • Start-up Support
  • Scout, screen, and mentor start-ups, guiding them from idea stage to POC, Prototype, IPR, and market readiness.
  • Funding & Resources
  • Facilitate funding and resource support for student projects and ventures by coordinating with committees, mentors, and investors.
  • Identify and mobilize funding opportunities to support both Centre operations and start-up growth.
  • Capacity Building & Engagement
  • Design and conduct capacity-building workshops, inspirational events, and networking opportunities.
  • Ecosystem Development
  • Build a sustainable ecosystem that encourages student participation in innovation, research, and entrepreneurship.
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Anant faculty and external mentors to embed entrepreneurial exposure within student learning.
