About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated
Field Sales & Marketing Executive
to drive enrollments and partnerships by visiting schools, colleges, and institutions. The role involves on-ground lead generation, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Visit educational institutions to pitch courses and solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Share market feedback and weekly reports with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in EdTech or education services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
