ROLES & Responsibilities:

  11. 3D Modeling and Visualization:

  13. Assist in producing visual presentations for client meetings.
  14. Vendor Coordination:
  15. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials and coordinate deliveries
  16. Maintain vendor relationships and stay updated on product offerings.
  17. Documentation:
  18. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  19. Support the organization and maintenance of project files and records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Interior Decorator or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and client testimonials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
