Job Summary:

As the Senior Graphic Designer you will design, enhance and assist marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Brand graphic designers only, please (web design experience is a plus)
• Will strategically create brands for multi-family properties from start to finish (from ideation to logo creation, production of brand tool kits (colors, typography, patterns, textures), all collateral both print and digital.
• This role is a client-facing role. They will be responsible for leading discovery sessions with clients, presenting clients with creative concepts, taking in feedback directly from clients and posing questions to clients to ensure alignment.
• Adhere to brand standards from established brands and bring them to life.
• Meet tight deadlines and thrive in an incredibly fast-paced, high-output environment
• Concept ideas, visualize and execute large campaigns.
• Facilitate deep level of communication within team
• Responsible for creating a variety of branding and promotional advertising pieces to include text, graphics and photos; output is split between digital and print media and expert-level knowledge of best practices in both is necessary.
• Facilitating and participating in brainstorming, design thinking and problem solving workshops.
• Come to the table with ways to streamline the process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Any other tasks assigned or directed.

Other Skills:

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Figma experience is a plus
• Very comfortable with Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Prior experience working in a mac environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.
• Self-motivated to initiate process changes.
• Collaborative attitude.
• Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.
• Ability to work a schedule of Eastern Standard Time 9-5 and that may be other than Monday-Friday, Work in excess of 40 hours per week is common on our team.
• Consistent attendance and timely communication during regular working hours are required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Very strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts and Communication or related field
• Minimum of eight+ years of experience in a related field
