Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Bangalore

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting to: CFO

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management:
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of general ledgers.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparation and posting of journal entries.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
  • Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely payment of TDS.
  • Reconcile GST and TDS returns with books of accounts.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
  • Audit Support:
  • Assist external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit queries.
  • Help implement auditor recommendations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Banking and Reconciliations:
  • Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
  • Preparing Letter of credit application
  • Handle petty cash and daily banking activities.
  • MIS & Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as required.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com or related graduate degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.
  • Skills:
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
  • Experience in handling statutory audits and coordination with auditors.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
  • Good Excel and data management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹360,000.00 per month
