E-Commerce Dispatch Co-ordinator:

We are looking for an individual to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role involves handling customer orders from start to finish — picking products from the warehouse, packing them securely, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate stock updates. This person will be a key link between warehouse activities and online order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process daily online orders from all sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Picking & Packing: Collect ordered products from the warehouse shelves, check quality, and pack them as per company standards for delivery.
  • Dispatch & Handover: Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Regularly update stock levels in the system; notify management about low-stock or out-of-stock items.
  • Returns & Replacements: Assist in handling returned items, checking product condition, and updating inventory accordingly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain logs of daily orders, packed items, dispatched shipments, and stock movement.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the operations/management team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
