This is a full-time role for a Grain Molder, based on-site in Kolkata. The Grain Molder will be responsible for the daily tasks of molding processes, milling, and injection molding. The role involves conducting training sessions, undertaking extensive research to improve techniques, and ensuring the highest quality standards in grain molding are met.
Qualifications
- Molding (Process) and Injection Molding skills
- Experience in Milling techniques
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
- Proficient in Research methodologies relevant to grain molding
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field is a plus
