As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, HiredScores artificial intelligence, automation and deep integrations empower the largest and most innovative companies in the world to safely and transparently drive critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management.
At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

In addition to the innovative products and solutions the team works on, we own several technically challenging and high-impact domains, including application performance, security, Single Sign-On (SSO), and user management.

HiredScore is designed to help companies match, rediscover, and engage talent more effectively. About the Role

Join a passionate and high-performing team at HiredScore, where you'll take a key role in developing and shaping our core products - impacting both the user experience and the broader business.
As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions to complex problems, taking full ownership from concept to delivery.
• Work on the development of multiple projects in parallel, identify design gaps, risks and ensure completion according to priority.
• Work with a modern tech stack and best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Drive quality and stability in our production systems through a strong focus on testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Lead and contribute to architectural and implementation discussions, bringing your experience and ideas to the table.
• Mentor and support teammates, contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
• Improving Developer Experience: Continuously improve the tools, processes, and workflows that developers use to build, test, and deploy their applications, with a focus on efficiency and ease of use.

About You

• 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React, VueJS, Angular 1 or similar with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth, with a focus on continuous improvement and development opportunities.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages, with passion for OOP design, design patterns and clean code.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Strong understanding of software development best practices and commitment to providing scalable, long-lasting, and quality solutions.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native applications and a strong understanding of DevOps culture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Qualifications: Advantages

• Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience with asynchronous task queues like Celery or other similar technologies.
• Experience in GraphQL.
• Experience of integrating with third-party APIs.
