Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial record-keeping, assist in preparing reports, and help maintain compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare tax filings and support audits as required.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth financial operations.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Handle documentation and filing related to accounting activities.
