Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support highly available, scalable LAN/WAN networks. The ideal candidate will configure advanced routing protocols, troubleshoot network performance, and support the digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable LAN/WAN network architectures.
- Configure and manage routing protocols including HSRP, EIGRP, OSPF, and static routes.
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance throughout the network stack.
- Monitor network health, proactively resolve bottlenecks or failures, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical network operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network topology, configurations, and change logs.
- Support digital transformation across manufacturing operations, enabling connectivity and modernization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience configuring and managing enterprise-grade LAN/WAN networks.
- Hands-on expertise in HSRP, EIGRP, OSPF, static routing, and redundancy protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with a focus on performance optimization.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
